Phi Pham, DDS
Dr. Pham was born in Rockford, Illinois. He spent his childhood in Oregon and Arizona before finally settling down in Texas. He studied at the University of Houston and received his dental education at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Dr. Pham started his education in engineering before deciding to pursue dentistry. His enthusiasm for problem-solving keeps him motivated to learn new dental techniques and tackle his patients’ concerns. He also enjoys the interaction with his patients and using his skills to help them achieve their happiest and healthiest smiles.
When Dr. Pham is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, fishing and doing home renovation projects. He is a devoted fan of the University of Houston basketball and football teams and cheers for them at home games whenever possible.
Kevin Baethge, DDS
All of us at C & C Dental are so pleased to introduce Dr. Kevin Baethge to the practice!!
Dr. Baethge (pronounced “Bakey”) was born in Houston and grew up in Sugar Land. After his freshman year at Texas Christian University, Dr. Kevin worked for the summer at a practice owned by his father, who is also a dentist in Sugar Land. Dr. Kevin quickly realized the opportunity that dentistry allowed to connect with the community. He decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and has not looked back.
Since graduating in 2014 from dental school, his passion for dentistry has continued to grow. Recently, Dr. Kevin has completed extensive training in aesthetics in New York City with some of the most renowned clinicians in the world. He loves giving people their confidence back by helping them get the smile they have always wanted!
When Dr. Kevin is not treating patients, you can find him on Lake Conroe with his family and daughter, riding around on jet skis or having a friendly fishing competition off the dock.
Another passion of Dr. Kevin’s is supporting the hometown Astros! He has been loving the last few years and hopes the ‘Stros can continue winning for the years to come. He is looking forward to meeting and treating all the incredible people that call C & C Dental home!

Heidi Shay, DDS
Dr. Shay is a Texas gal, born and raised. She grew up in Victoria but considers the Houston area her home. She studied biology at the University of Texas at Austin and earned her dental degree at UT Health School of Dentistry at Houston.
She always wanted to be an artist, and as a dentist, she gets to do just that by creating beautiful smiles and performing cosmetic facial treatments! Dr. Shay truly values health and wellness and strives to continue learning to better serve her patients. The Scarlet RF and Agnes RF are the latest microneedling technology to arrive at C&C. She cannot wait to show you the possibilities for enhancing your natural beauty.
In her free time, Dr. Shay enjoys spending time with loved ones, dancing, being outside and trying new foods. She is excited to meet all the awesome people at C&C and take care of you and your family’s needs.
